Mairi MacLean

Director

Mairi has over 25 years’ experience of working in the legal sector both as a legal professional in private practice and in house and as an executive search consultant. She has previously set up the legal practice for two other leading Executive Legal Search Firms in London.

Mairi obtained an LLB from the University of Strathclyde and an LLM from Cambridge University. She also attended the Inns of Court School of Law and is a qualified barrister. Prior to a career in search, she worked in Chambers, for Gartmore, Grant Thornton and Barlow Lyde and Gilbert.

Fraser MacLean

Legal Head Hunter & Management Consultant

Fraser has worked in the legal sector since 1999, initially in a variety of business support roles including as an IT consultant, market analyst, and researcher, but more recently as a legal head-hunter and start-up management consultant. Prior to this, he worked outside the legal sector, in commerce and industry, in a variety of multi-functional roles.

He originally trained as a Chartered Accountant after qualifying from Newcastle University with an Honours Engineering degree in Metallurgy. He also obtained a Business degree from Edinburgh University in the early 1990s.
