Opportunity & Client Profiling

The better we understand our client, and the opportunity, the better the outcome. Finding the right character and personality to best fit the client is what we do best. We advise and assist in opportunity presentation, and to this end, we help craft the profile of the ideal candidate.

We advise and assist in how the opportunity is presented to the preferred candidate(s). To this end, we help tailor the profile of the ideal candidate, the job specification, and a candidate briefing pack. The latter document has been particularly useful in attracting candidates.

Candidate Research & Refining

Utilising our extensive network, developed over almost two decades, we source and identify the most relevant candidates for the job. They may not be an obvious choice, but finding hidden talent is just one of our many skills.

After a period of research, to be agreed in advance, we will present our findings regarding potential candidates, with a view to agreeing the shortlist. Each candidate will be then assessed through interview and will then be presented with our recommendations to the client.

This part of the process is not set in stone and we build in flexibility as and when the client requires it. For example, during our research phase, we may come across an excellent candidate who is interested in starting a conversation and it may be more prudent to interview that candidate immediately.

Acquisition & Audit

Once we source the ideal candidate for the ideal role, we diligently and proactively secure the relationship.

We assist and advise on external and internal publicity to ensure a seamless transition.

We build relationships, so we remain in contact to ensure each party is 100% satisfied.
